The Bridal Trial
We recommend that a trial takes place about 4 weeks before the wedding day but have been known to do trials in the week prior to the wedding for our overseas clients. If you prefer to have a trial before this time you are welcome to do so. We are unable to offer trials on a Saturday morning at our busiest times but we are available the rest of the week and evenings. Prior to the trial it helps if you start to compile a file of hairstyles and make up looks that you like.
The trial is an important part of our service where we find out your preferred views on styles of hair and make up. Once we have an idea of the type of look you are going for we can then offer advice and ideas as to what is suitable for your face, skin and hair type. Your hair and make up is designed to suit you e.g. dramtic, natural or subtle.
Please allow at least 2 hours for your hair or make up trial and at least 3-4 hours for a hair and make up trial and have a couple of hairstyles in mind that you would like to try out and bring along photos if possible. 2 hair styles per trial is the norm. After the trial we will advise on timings for the wedding day for yourself and your bridal party. Notes and photos of the look agreed at the trial are kept on file.
On The Wedding Day
We will arrive, at the agreed time, to set up. For larger parties we may send 2 or more artists to negate the need for an early start. Part of our persoanlised service is to remain with you until you are ready to leave to ensure you are 100% calm and look your best. We generally only book one wedding a day unless timings allow otherwise.
You are welcome to contact us by email or phone with any questions you may have before making any booking with us.
